This vessel has been very well maintained. It is the standard floor plan with two comfortable staterooms, salon doors on port and starboard. Beautiful teak interior with parquet floors. Generous storage and most with automatic lights when doors open. March 2007 the bottom was painted, dripless packing glands installed, shaft vibration dampeners installed and new engine mounts installed on port engine. In 2006 new Webasko furnace installed, rudder shafts repacked, the old 10 gal holding tank was replaced with new 35 gal tank, level indicator installed at lower helm, and new windshield wiper motors installed. Vacu-flush heads in both heads. Rudder position indicator and trim tabs are controlled at both steering stations. House batteries are two banks of 6 volt golf cart batteries. Engines start on own dedicated 8D. The large engine room was stripped to bare walls in 1999 and new Cummins 220hp engines installed. New Northern Lights 5kw gen-set. Four new fuel tanks installed and designed to be removed if necessary without pulling or moving an engine, also new wiring and plumbing. Other extras include roll across screens for both cabin doors, large freezer on deck, Strobe light for emergency and 110 blidge pump for use at the dock. The 11' Boston Whaler dinghy with a 25 hp mercruiser engine is carried flat on davits on the stern. Engine has been tuned-up and a new impellor installed.
